Some people argue that the United States Constitution guarantees our right to change our form of government. Others say that the right to revolution is not codified into law as it only appears in the Declaration of Independence.
As we can see below, it really matters very little whether our right to change our form of government is in the U.S. Constitution, because most all states openly declare the right in their Constitutions.
